  16.      stopped, _ssss_yyyy_nnnn_cccc must be called to insure filesystem integrity.  It flushes
  17.      all previously unwritten system buffers out to disk, thus assuring that
  18.      all file modifications up to that point are saved.  See _ssss_yyyy_nnnn_cccc(2) for
